Manual therapy incorporates specific hands on techniques applied to restricted joints, connective tissues or muscles in order to reduce pain and improve mobility.
Acupuncture: A form of treatment using thin sterile needles to help facilitate reducing pain, accelerate recovery and improve movement.
Dry needling: The insertion of needles into tight muscles to help them relax, loosen, and improve their function.
Based on your condition and goals, treatment may include: Pelvic floor muscle training via strengthening or stretching exercises, tight muscle release techniques, scar mobilizations, bladder re-training, core and postural strengthening, dilator therapy, and relaxation and/or breathing techniques.
